Purpose and legal basis

Data submitted through the enquiry form is processed solely to respond to the enquiry and prepare a potential business relationship, based on consent and steps requested before entering into a contract.

Data and retention

We process the name, company, email address and project information supplied by the sender. Enquiries not resulting in a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after the final communication, unless a legal claim requires longer retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent by emailing stellaro.studio@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
